The EAPP Secretary General made a courtesy call to the Ministry of Water and Energy (MOWE) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia on 5th July, 2023 at the MOWE headquarters in Addis Ababa. The meeting was graced with the presence of H.E Dr. Eng Habtamu Itefa and the State Minister for Energy Dr. Sultan Wali.
